The Portsmouth Area Arts Council has been serving our region for over 50 years. We provide quality children’s shows and programs at the Vern Riffe Center for the Arts on the campus of Shawnee State University. PAAC is also the parent organization of the Portsmouth Area Children’s Theatre, a production company for actors ages 6-18.
